Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka was born in Minsk. The father of her Sergey (d. 2019.) was an athlete in ice hockey. Aryna Sabalenka was born Minsk, Belarus on May 5 1998. She holds 12 WTA titles throughout her career. This includes the Grand Slam of 2023 Australian Open. Doubles is her forte She has won majors during her first major tournaments, the US Open (2019) and Australian Open (2021), each of them in partnership with Elisemertens. Then she also won an incredible Sunshine Double in 2019, by winning the WTA 1000 at Indian Wells, Miami and the Australian Open along with Elise and Mertens. Just four pairs of women's tennis had achieved this achievement. In the month of January, 2023, she surpassed her top ranking in singles. On 23rd August, 2021 she was promoted into the top two spot of World rankings. When she played doubles, she managed to push herself to the top of the list at the beginning of February that year, following the win in Melbourne making her the second tennis player from Belarus to be a part of this particular area. Dmitry Tursunov coached her between 2018 until the close of 2019 as well as a beginning of 2020. Dieter Kindlmann was her trainer from August to September of 2020.
